Vendor will bring product to Cloverdale Fairgrounds between 1 PM and 8 PM on Friday, September 29, 2017 PM.
Vendor must be fully set up by 8.30 AM on Saturday, September 30, 2017.
Vendor is entitled to space only. Your display must fit within the space size purchased.
Vendor will set up their own display area and are responsible for their own tent, table and chair if required.
Where possible, Hydro will be provided to vendors who applied for it. You will be notified in advance if your spot does not have hydro.
No Smoking is allowed in the Show Barn. All smokers must be at least 3 metres away from any entrances.
Vendor will provide their own lunch and/or snacks.
Vendor will man their booth at all times.
Space is non-transferable and no sublease of space is allowed without approval from Déjà Vu Vintage Market.
Vendor must only sell the products they submitted for jurying unless prior approval is obtained. No SALE, DISCOUNT or CLEARANCE signage is permitted at the event.
Déjà Vu Vintage Market assumes no responsibility or liability for loss or damage to any property or product.
Booth Insurance and any necessary permits/licenses are the responsibility of the vendor.
Vendor acknowledges that all sales are directly between the vendor and the purchaser.
Déjà Vu Vintage Market is not responsible for any NSF Cheques or Credit/Debit Card issues.
A written cancellation notice must be given to Déjà Vu Vintage Market before July 31, 2017 for a 50% refund.
Payment must be received by July 15, 2017. Your spot will be offered to another vendor should your payment not be received by that date.
No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2017.
No refund or credit will be given for weather related issues.
Déjà Vu Vintage Market is not responsible for any loss of income in the unlikely event that the market has to be cancelled.
If vendor is selling a food product, they will provide a copy of their “Food Safe Certificate” for Déjà Vu Vintage Market to keep on file. Fraser Health must pre-approve all food vendors.
Déjà Vu Vintage Market will advertise and promote the venue so we can all be successful but the vendor must also promote Déjà Vu Vintage Market on their blog, newsletter, website or social media page. All Vendors will be required to distribute event postcards.
Vendor will be in attendance to take down and collect their products at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds between 4 PM and 7 PM on Saturday, September 30, 2017. Booths cannot be dismantled before 4 PM and all vendors must be off the property by 7 PM.
Vendor will ensure a thorough clean up of their area.
Vendor allows Déjà Vu Vintage Market to use their photos and logo when promoting the market.
